Hey, I'm Johann. I build software companies for a living.

Skipped college and went straight into building for early stage startups out of high school. Eventually ended up at Cisco at 18 as their youngest full time engineer, which taught me how enterprise really runs. Kept shipping products on the side, left after a year.

Eleven months later, I sold my first company.

Since then I've built a portfolio of software companies, with two more exits along the way. Each exit taught me something about what businesses actually need.

Now I'm focused on Cyndra. We install, train, and manage AI agents that operate inside a business like real employees. Built for serious operators who want output without growing headcount.
