The Operator Stack.

This is the working stack behind my companies, documented: all 20 tools with links, the 10 roles they replaced, how the pieces fit, and a first week of implementation. The weekly letter covers what changes as I change it.

04Your First 7 Days

Twenty tools is a menu, not a plan. This is the plan. One move a day, money first.

Day 1Pick your money tool: Stripe if you sell, Apollo if you need customers. Set it up. Nothing else today.
Day 2Give ChatGPT or Claude your business context in one long message. Save it. Every future answer gets 10x better.
Day 3Ship one page with Lovable or Framer: an offer, a form, a price. Ugly is fine. Live beats perfect.
Day 4Wire one Zapier automation: new lead in, notification plus follow-up out. Your first employee that never sleeps.
Day 5Find 50 dream customers with Apollo or Clay. Message 10 of them like a human.
Day 6Start capturing your audience: beehiiv list plus one piece of content about what you built this week.
Day 7Count what worked. Double the one thing that touched money. Cut the rest.
